Add a home

Enter your home's address and pick your country. Your street address is never stored, shown, or shared - we keep only a broad region for local comparisons. Your home appears only as a private ID, and your homes are never linked to one another. You can export or delete your home's data at any time.

1. Discover devices (Bluetooth)

Pick a nearby device from your browser to see what's in your home. Flip House reads only its name and type - never its data, audio, or content. Finding a device does not share its data; connect that below. Works in Chrome or Edge on desktop and Android.

2. Connect your electricity or water

Pick which one, then use the easy way - a photo of your bill - or upload your provider's file for detailed data. Either way it's de-identified on our server; we never store your bill image, account number, or address.

3. Improve your Home Intelligence (Wi-Fi)

This connects the devices observed on your network - the richest connectivity signal. A passive scan only sees devices that respond, so it's "observed," never a full inventory. It sends only counts by category (personal, infrastructure, smart-home, entertainment, security) and presence - never a list of your devices, browsing, content, MAC, or IP. If a camera or doorbell is on your network, that adds light Security coverage - a count only, with no account, login, or footage.

People with access

Share this home with someone who lives here - a partner or an adult family member. They see the same picture of the home you do, so only add someone who lives with you. They sign in with their own email and accept the terms themselves. You can remove them at any time.
